To send a letter you must have something important to say.
Got it? Good, now write it on a piece of paper,
then pop it in an envelope and seal it with your spit.
Why spit you ask? It’s poetic.
Now stick a stamp in the corner and go to the Post Office.
For the grand finale, you must mail it.
If you are one of those weirdos,
and I know you’re out there,
who didn’t listen to a word I said,
or someone who did listen
but is completely baffled
by why you should give someone
a piece of paper,
wrapped
in a piece of paper,
with a sticky thing in the corner,
sealed with spit.
then don’t worry there’s always
email.
